1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part, you may not use the Service.

2. Accounts

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so may result in immediate termination.

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
Any actions taken under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Intellectual Property

All original content, features, and functionality of the Service are the exclusive property of Queen City Cleaners and its licensors.

4. Links to Third-Party Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party sites or services not controlled by Queen City Cleaners.

We are not responsible for:

Content on third-party websites
Their privacy practices
Any loss or damages caused by use of those sites

We strongly recommend reviewing the terms and privacy policies of any external sites you visit.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination:

Your right to use the Service ends immediately
All provisions that inherently survive termination (e.g., warranties, limitations of liability, ownership) remain in effect

Use of the Service is at your own risk.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:

Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will still apply.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or replace these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will attempt to provide at least 30 days’ notice before new terms take effect.

Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of updated terms.

9. Refund Policy

No refunds once the service has been completed.
A cleaner may be sent back within 7 days for a re-clean.

10. Cancellations & Postponements

For recurring clients, the full amount will be charged for the first clean if the next scheduled session is canceled.
Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Failure to do so results in a $50 cancellation fee.
